Team,
Hello All - when a lot people transition out of the military they are confused. Sure there are services out there but the landscape is different and we don’t know our actual value. This is two fold - some want too much and others don’t ask for enough… so what is the answer? For me it is community - I retire in January and my resume isn’t that great but the friends I’ve made in the INFODOM community have been amazing. They’ve helped me retool it, a couple have passed it around, honestly it’s impressive and I am grateful - but what about others who aren’t me… they need help too.
As a community lets help each other, we can use any of the INFODOM platforms (IG, ShadowNews, Newsletter) but I’m looking for ideas to make this successful.
This product is getting more popular and the reality is many of you subscribers know how the industry hires and have vast networks. Let’s leverage our resources and see how many folks we can get into the right jobs.
Email me at dominanceinformation@gmail.com with any information you want to keep private and use the comments for all else.
Thank you all again for making this “brand” successful.
Regards,

The Tampa Bay area has a never ending list of defense contractors offering jobs to veterans with zero experience needed. Assembly is a great place to start for many reasons. These companies traditionally start 20-22$ an hour and have the best benefits of any American company. 30days PTO a year vacation, sick days, full heath dental and vision, guaranteed overtime, these are just the beginning. I'd highly recommend any vet getting out or long out think about this. It's easy to move up and the certs required to get better pay are easily obtained.
For an easy way to get started, companies like Honeywell, Raytheon, and Lockheed Martin all hire using outside staffing agencies. Fishing around LinkedIn using key words and terms in your resume related to manufacturing will trigger these companies to reach out to you if you have "looking for work" setting activated.
